*The Application for ECR Bursary is closed. Those who have applied and are accepted as an ECR Bursary recipient can apply for this registration category only.

Banquet Fee for Accompanying person: 15,000 JPY

*Payment must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card or bank transfer

The following cards can be used in the system.

Bank Transfer

*A Japanese bank account is required, banks in other countries are not accepted.
*Please acknowledge that the transfer fee will be a burden on the participants.
・After applying for the payment, you will receive an email with instructions and you can download the invoice from the system.
・Please make the payment to the bank account indicated in the email by the payment deadline.
・You can revise the recipient name of the invoice and receipt in the system.
・Please note that it may take a few days for your payment to be reflected in the system.
・If the payment deadline passes without payment being received, the payment will no longer be possible.
In such cases, please note that you will have to re-enter the payment procedure from the payment page.

Visa Support

We will provide you with a letter of invitation that clearly states the event dates, the organizer’s details, including contact information, and confirmation of your registration to attend the event at the event’s dates and location. To request an Invitation Letter, please click the button below to apply no later than June 30, 2024.

Ensure you have registered to attend the event and completed your payment.
     Requests without proof of payment cannot be accommodated.

Prepare your passport information to submit in the request.

Check that your passport is valid during the Congress period.

Further Information Regarding Visa

Please visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan for further information concerning the documents required to obtain a visa.
A visa application may take some time to be processed and should, therefore, be initiated early enough to ensure it is accepted before Congress begins.
