For Oral Presenters

Presentation Time

  • Each presentation is 14 minutes in total (12 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A).
  • There is no presenter check-in. Please come to the session room at least 10 minutes before the session starts and inform the session chair that you are the presenter.
  • Presentation Method

  • Presentations may be delivered in either Japanese or English.
  • Please note that audio embedded in presentation slides cannot be played through the venue’s audio system.
  • Using the Venue PC (Recommended)

  • Each session room is equipped with a Windows PC installed with PowerPoint and Adobe Reader.
  • Please prepare your presentation in PowerPoint or PDF format and bring it on a USB flash drive.
    *Please use standard Windows fonts to avoid compatibility issues.
  • Please speak to the staff and upload your data to the PC at least 15 minutes before your session.
    *Presenters in the first session are advised to upload their data the day before
  • All data transferred to the venue PC will be deleted by the conference secretariat after the event.
  • Using Your Own PC

  • The available connector at the venue is HDMI.
  • Please ensure in advance that your PC can output via HDMI. If a converter is required, please bring your own.
    *Some devices, especially Mac computers, may require additional adapters. Please make sure to bring your AC adapter.
  • Please disable screen savers, power-saving settings, and virus scanning in advance.
  • As a backup, please also bring your presentation data on a USB flash drive.
  • Disclosure of COI (Conflict of Interest)

    How to Disclose COI

    If you declared a COI during abstract submission, please disclose it on the second slide following the title slide, referring to pages 1–2 of the sample slides below.
    If you have no COI to disclose, please indicate this at the bottom of your title slide, referring to page 3 of the sample slides below.
