* The medical staff includes people who work in a hospital, including a nurse, a clinical engineer, a clinical laboratory technician, a radiation technologist, etc., except a medical doctor.
* The medical staff is required to upload a work identity card (which shows their hospital).
* The student is required to upload their student identity card.

Payment Method

*Payment must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card.

The following credit cards are accepted in the registration system.

Notice for Credit Card Payments
- A one-time password will be required; please have your mobile phone registered with your credit card ready.
- Please complete the payment process on a computer, not on a smartphone. (Use the latest version of Chrome.)
- Using a smartphone or a browser other than Chrome may result in authentication failure during credit card payment.
- Please do not click the "Back" or cancel buttons during the credit card payment process.

Invoice and Receipt

Receipts can be downloaded from "My Page".
You can edit the name on the invoice or receipt in "My page".

Cancellation Policy

We do NOT accept any cancellations for the registration.
