Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentations

- Presentations will be given using the conference-provided computer. Please bring your presentation file on a USB drive.
- You may also use your own laptop for the presentation. In that case, please note that the connection must be made via HDMI, and make sure to bring any necessary adapters with you.
When using your own laptop, please note that the connection time is included within the 5 minutes Q&A.
- The screen supports both 16:9 and 4:3 aspect ratios.
Conference organizers will ensure that all presentation files are deleted from the session computers at the end of each day.

Presentation time

- Standard oral presentations: 15 minutes total (10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A)
- Invited oral presentations: 20 minutes total (15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A)
Please arrive at the session room 10 minutes before the start and introduce yourself to the session chairs.

Poster Presentations

- Each poster board is 900mm wide x 1800mm high.
- Each board accommodates one x A0 portrait style poster (841mm wide x 1184mm high / 33.1 in x 46.8 in) or a printed poster up to 900mm wide x 1800mm high.

You are responsible for the printing of your own poster.
All posters should be removed by the end of the conference.
Posters cannot be stored by the organizers and any posters left on the boards will be disposed of.
