Presentation Guidelines

Please review the logistics below for the presentation.
We kindly ask all presenters to keep their presentations within the allocated time to ensure that the program runs smoothly.

Oral Presentation

・Presenters are expected to use their own laptop computers for their presentations.
・Before the start of your session, please check the PC connection and ensure that your presentation files are ready.
・A shared Windows laptop will also be available at the venue. If you wish to use the shared laptop, please bring your presentation file in PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF format on a USB flash drive.
・Please bring any adapters required to connect your laptop. The conference venue will also provide some commonly used adapters for shared use.

Presentation Time

・Invited: 20 min. talk and 5 min. discussion.
・Contributed: 12 min. talk and 3 min. discussion.

Poster Presentation

・Poster size: A0 (841 × 1189 mm), portrait orientation.
・All posters should be mounted by the end of the lunch break on Monday, October 26.
・Poster Awards will be presented to selected student presenters.

Presentation Schedule

・Posters with odd numbers will be presented on Monday, October 26, and those with even numbers on Tuesday, October 27.
・Please remove your poster by the end of Wednesday, October 28.
If you do not wish to take your poster with you and would like it to be disposed of, please hand it to the conference staff after removal.
