    One full registration (i.e., student registrations are NOT full registrations) covers a maximum of two accepted papers by the same registered author with an extra paper charge. A student registration (applies to both IEEE Student Members and Non-Member Students) covers only one accepted paper.

    Extra Paper Charge
    An additional JPY 58000 (CNY 2800, USD 385) must be paid by the same author for each additional paper to be presented at the conference and included in the proceedings if the additional paper(s) have no other registered authors.
    Extra Page Charge
    For papers with more than 6 pages, the author will be required to pay JPY 16000 (CNY 800, USD 110) per page for the extra pages to be included in the conference proceedings.

    Payment Methods in Mainland China

    Wire transfer payment from Mainland China (in RMB¥)

    We accept wire transfer payments from Mainland China. If you plan to pay the registration fee from Mainland China, please indicate this clearly when completing the registration process.
    The Mainland China secretariat will contact you promptly regarding the payment.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation Policy: 50% of paid registration fees will be returned (after deduction of any related transaction fees) if the cancellation is made on/before Apr. 25th, 2025. No refund will be given if cancellation is made after Nov. Apr. 25th, 2025.

    To request an invitation letter, please contact gr0500ip@ed.ritsumei.ac.jp for assistance.
    Invitation letters are issued only to delegates who have completed registration and payment.
    The letter will include event dates, organizer details, and confirmation of your registration.
