Registration Category

The registration system accepts credit card payments only in Japanese yen. All listed fees include a 10% tax.

    One full registration (i.e., student registrations are NOT full registrations) covers a maximum of two accepted papers by the same registered author with an extra paper charge. A student registration (applies to both IEEE Student Members and Non-Member Students) covers only one accepted paper.

    *Exhibitor: Please note that exhibitors are permitted to enter the exhibition space only.
    *Workshop/ Tutorial Only: Please note that you are permitted to participate in the workshop and tutorial only.

    Extra Paper Charge
    An additional JPY 58000 (CNY 2800, USD 385) must be paid by the same author for each additional paper to be presented at the conference and included in the proceedings if the additional paper(s) have no other registered authors.
    Extra Page Charge
    For papers with more than 6 pages, the author will be required to pay JPY 16000 (CNY 800, USD 110) per page for the extra pages to be included in the conference proceedings.

    The following credit cards are accepted in the registration system.

     ※Notice for Credit Card Payment Users
     ・A one-time password will be required, please have the mobile phone registered with your credit card ready.
    ・Please complete the payment process on a computer, not on a smartphone. (Use the latest version of Chrome.)
    Using a smartphone or a browser other than Chrome may result in authentication failure during credit card payment.
    ・Please do not click the "Back" button or the cancel button during the credit card payment process.

    Invoice and Receipt

    Receipts can be downloaded from "My Page".
    You can edit the name on the invoice or receipt in "My page".

    Cancellation Policy

    No cancellations or refunds will be accepted for payments made more than 180 days after payment or after MM DD, 2025. For cancellations, please contact the IEEE RCAR2025 Secretariat at rcar2025@pcojapan.jp.

    Invitation Letter

    To request an invitation letter, please contact gr0500ip@ed.ritsumei.ac.jp for assistance.
    Invitation letters are issued only to delegates who have completed registration and payment.
    The letter will include event dates, organizer details, and confirmation of your registration.
