General Information

Registration Desk

  • Place: The Kanazawa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, 1F Foyer
  • Opening Time
    September 14th: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
    September 15th: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
    September 16th: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
    September 18th: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
    September 19th: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Registration Check-in & Name Badge

  • Upon arrival, please present your Registration Check-in QR code (downloadable from My Page) at the Registration Desk to receive your name badge.
  • You may either print the QR code or save it on your mobile phone for on-site check-in.
  • On-site registration will be available during registration hours. Cash payments are not accepted; all registrations must be completed online.
  • We strongly recommend completing registration in advance to avoid delays.
  • Name badges must be worn at all times during the event.

Lunch

Lunch will be distributed to the participants at the reception desk and the lobby on the same first floor from September 15th to 19th. Accompanying persons should prepare their own lunch.
Empty lunch boxes will be collected at the designated lunch box return area.
