- The maximum length for all abstracts is 1 page, the main body of the abstract is limited to 1600 characters,
and must be prepared in English and submitted as a PDF file, please use the template attached below.
- Your preference for the presentation form (oral or poster) will be selected, and the final program will be decided by the Program Committee. While we strive to accommodate your preferences, we appreciate your understanding if we cannot meet all expectations.
- All registrations can only be submitted with the online submission system by the first author, registrations sent by e-mail, fax or post will be ignored.

Student Award
The IWC-HTS Best Student Presentation Award and IWC-HTS Best Student Poster Award will be given to outstanding oral and poster presentations by students under 35 years old.
Presenters who wish to be considered for these awards should indicate their preference while submitting the abstract.
