PRESENTATION GUIDELINE

Instructions to Oral Speakers

1. Oral Session will be held at “Small Hall”.
2. Speakers should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session, and then check their presentation files. If they use their own PC for the presentation, such PC should also be checked by connecting the projector.
3. A PC Windows 11 Pro environment in presentation hall will be used to time the sessions. Presentation file should be in Microsoft PowerPoint 2021 or Adobe Acrobat Reader (.pdf) to guarantee they will open successfully on an on-site PC.
4. Macintosh computers will not be available. Speakers are obligated to use Macintosh computers, please prepare HDMI connectors yourselves.
5. Plenary talks are 40 minutes. A 5 minutes time period is planned for questions. Each Invited Oral is permitted 30 minutes. You should plan for 25 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions. Each Contributed Oral is permitted 20 minutes. You should arrange your talk so that your presentation lasts 15 minutes, with 5 minutes available for questions. These timings will be strictly enforced by the Session Chair.

Instructions to Poster Presenters

1. Poster session will be held at “Multi-purpose Hall”.
2. Please note there are different set up locations depending on your poster category. Location to be posted when program set. Boards will be in place and numbered to the start of the session.
3. Poster presenters will be provided with a blank poster board and pushpins for mounting posters on it. The maximum dimensions accepted for posters are 240 cm horizontal, 210 cm vertical.
4. At least one author is requested to present during the poster session, otherwise the session chairs might mark as "no-show". Only papers that are presented will be considered for publication as part of the proceedings.
5. Presenters must dismantle their posters just after session termination. After that they will be discarded.
6. Presenters are requested to follow the schedule for setting up and taking down their posters as follows.
