    *For accompanying person: Fee includes access to the poster session, exhibition, welcome reception, banquet and excursion. Access to the oral session is not included.

    Excursion & Banquet

    The workshop offers a half-day excursion with lunch to visit beautiful, historic and cultural sites on October 24, 2024.
    Please answer your preference at the registration system.

  • Both courses depart from Kunibikimesse at 12:30 p.m. The last stop of the excursion will be the banquet venue "YUUSHIEN Garden" and the banquet will start at 6:30 p.m.
  • For those not participating in the excursion, please utilize the bus departing from Kunibijimesse to the banquet venue at 5:00 p.m.

    Payment can only be made by credit card within the registration system in Japanese yen.

    Cancellation Policy

    For cancellations, please contact the Secretariat at iwc-hts2024@pcojapan.jp.
    Early Conference Registration
    Registration Deadline: July 31, 2024 (Ended)
    Cancellation (Refund) will be processed by September 20th, 2024.

    Pre-Conference Registration
    Registration Deadline: 11:59 p.m. September 30, 2024 (JST)
    Payment Deadline: Within 2 weeks after application or September 30, whichever comes first.
    Cancellation (Refund) will be processed by September 30th, 2024.

    Visa Support

    We will provide you with a letter of invitation that clearly states the event dates, the organizer’s details, including contact information, and confirmation of your registration to attend the event at the event’s dates and location. To request an Invitation Letter, please click the button below to apply no later than MM DD, 2024.

  • Ensure you have registered to attend the event and completed your payment.
    Requests without proof of payment cannot be accommodated.
  • Prepare your passport information to submit in the request.
  • Check that your passport is valid during the Congress period.

    • Further Information Regarding Visa

    Please visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan for further information concerning the documents required to obtain a visa. A visa application may take some time to be processed and should, therefore, be initiated early enough to ensure it is accepted before Congress begins.
