Student Award

The Student Award is given to the best paper written by an undergraduate or graduate student. Student awards are given based on the scientific contribution of the paper, its originality, and the quality of the symposium presentation. The eligibility criteria for the award are as follows:

  • The first author of the paper must be an undergraduate or graduate student who has not completed a doctoral program by the date of the symposium, i.e., a full-time student as of October 14, 2022.

  • The first author of the paper must be the student responsible for the major part of the research presented in the paper. In addition, the research must be the author's own original research that has not been published in other conferences or journals.

  • The student author must notify the organizing committee of their intention to apply for the student award when submitting their paper by July 15, 2022.

  • The student author must request a peer review and submit a final version reflecting the reviewers' comments by September 22, 2022.

  • The student author must attend the symposium and make the presentation himself/herself.

  • By applying for the APISAT Student Award, students declare that they meet the above requirements. At the request of the Organizing Committee, students will be asked to submit an official certificate of student status issued by the educational institution in which they are enrolled. The organizing committee will contact you before the symposium.
