Poster Presentation Guidelines 

Submission period

Poster presenters must submit the PDF data of poster presentation prepared according to the template

from September 2 through September 22, 2022.

Please use the template below and save your poster in PDF form.

Please note that

① posters will only be accepted in PDF format

② On-site participants are requested to bring A0 size prints of your poster

      and display it on the poster panel by yourself.



Procedures for Poster Presenters who have not submitted the full paper.

Since APISAT-2022 have decided to be held in a hybrid way, we need you, poster presenters, to resubmit your abstracts on a different page than when you submitted in May in order that your abstract and poster data will be available for participants to view at the online room.


The procedures are as follows:

1. Please log in and accept to be a poster presenter from the link in the email

    which we have sent from the system "SMART Conference" (support@smartconf.jp) on August 22.

    

2. Please submit your abstract on the system by August 31, 2022.

    *You can submit the same abstract you submitted in May or the revised abstract.


3. Please upload your poster PDF on the system. 

    *Uploadable period:  September 2 through September 22, 2022

    *To upload your poster PDF, you have to submit your abstract.



Procedures for Poster Presenters who have submitted the full paper.

The procedures are as follows:

1. Please log in to your account of the system "SMART Conference"

    and check the status of your full paper after August 26, 2022.

       

2. If the status of your paper is “Accept”, please upload your poster data (PDF) on the system 

    in order that your paper will be available for participants to view at the online room.


    If the status of your full paper is "Revision required",

    please check the comment of the reviewer and revise your paper.

    *The comments of the reviewers have been sent

      from the system “SMART Conference” (support@smartconf.jp)on August 26, 2022.


3. After revising your paper, please resubmit the paper on the system by September 22, 2022.

    *To upload your poster PDF, you have to submit your abstract.


4. After you resubmit your paper, we will accept your paper on the system in a few days.


5. If the status of your paper is “Accept”, please upload your poster data (PDF) on the system 

    in order that your paper will be available for participants to view at the online room.
