International Participants who wish to apply for VISA to join on-site, please click the VISA Support button below and enter the required information before and on August 15 August 19, 2022 (JST).

*Please note that we could only issue VISA documents for participants who have already registered and paid the registration fee.
*The documents might take 7-14 business days, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

For now, all the non-Japanese travellers entering Japan will need a VISA and documents regarding COVID-19, please prepare the required information.

② Flight details (Flight No. and Arrival/Departure date)

    *Please set your “Arrival Date” and “Departure Date” between October 11th - October 15th.

③ Accommodation

④ Accompanying Persons’ personal information including passport No.

⑤ Other personal and travel information.

    *It can be a tentative schedule regarding your visit including dates, flight, and accommodation.
