The APISAT2022 will be held in a hybrid way, participants are able to join the symposium either virtually or on-site.
International participants who plan to join on-site need to apply for VISA.

Reconfirmation of attendance at the banquet & the post tour

To all on-site participants

Please respond to the form below regarding your participation in the banquet and post tour; the deadline for responses is September 29. All local participants must reply to this form. If we do not receive your reply, you will not be able to attend the banquet and the post tour. We need to finalize the number of participants to organize, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

※Even if you have already responded to the previous attendance form, you will need to respond again.

※Students may attend only if they have paid the optional banquet participation fee.

※If you register after September 29 and wish to attend the banquet, please contact the Secretariat.(apisat2022@pcojapan.jp)

Registration Due Dates 

Start of Registration: July 01, 2022（JST）
Early Bird Registration Deadline: September 16, 2022（JST）
Regular Registration Deadline: October 07, 2022（JST）

Online Registration

It is important to read all the information on the website before you start the registration process.

• All the participants are required to register for APISAT 2022.
• Presenters, at least one author, must register and pay the registration fee in order to present. 

     Registration and payment of the registration fee must be made by September 16, 2022 (JST).

• About the cancellation policy, please refer to the bottom of the page.
• For now, all the non-Japanese travellers entering Japan will need a VISA and documents regarding COVID-19, please prepare the required information before starting the online registration procedure. 
  • Passport No.
  • Flight details (Flight No. and Arrival/Departure date)
    *Please set your “Arrival Date” and “Departure Date” between October 11th - October 15th.
  • Accommodation
  • Accompanying Persons’ personal information including passport No.
  • Other personal and travel information.
    *It can be a tentative schedule regarding your visit including dates, flight, and accommodation.

*International participants: Non-Japanese who live outside of Japan. 

Registration Fees

Payments must be made in Japanese yen.

Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express or JCB) is preferable.

*JSASS members are exempt from taxation.

*International participants who plan to join on-site need to apply for VISA.  Please click VISA Support page.

*Early registration is due by September 16, 2022. The payments also must be done by this date.

  The payments after September 16, 2022, regular registration fee will apply.

*All Non-member participants are required to pay the following fees in addition to those Member Regisitration Fees listed above.

 ex) Non-member participant :

      "On-site participation" fee (50,000 or 60,000 JPY) and "Extra fee for Non-Member" (5,000 JPY)

About changing the way of participation

Changing from on-line  to on-site 

①Contact the Symposium Organizers at apisat2022@pcojapan.jp by August 15 19  5 pm September 29, 2022 (JST).

②The Symposium Organizers will cancel the payment of your participation fee once.

③You will need to register again at On-site Registration fee on the registration system.

*The Japanese government has decided to resume Visa exemption arrangements from October 11, 2022, with some conditions.

You must have a valid COVID-19 vaccination certificate of three doses of vaccines prescribed on the Emergency Use List of the World Health Organization (WHO), or a negative test result of COVID-19 conducted within 72 hours prior to your departure from the original country/region.

If you would like to change your participation style from online to onsite, please contact us by 5 pm on September 29 (JST).

We apologize for giving you such short notice due to the announcement of the New Border Measure.

However, we cannot accept any requests after the deadline for any reason.

Changing from on-site  to on-line

②The Symposium Organizers will cancel the payment of your participation fee once.

③You will need to register again at On-line Registration fee on the registration system.

Registration for Presenting Authors

The presenting author will be required to register for the Symposium and submit a full paper in order to ensure their presentation is included in the final program. Presenters who have not registered by the deadline date (22 Sep. 2022) will be removed from the program.
