Paper Submission
*Only participants whose abstract has been accepted can send the full paper.
Authors who selected "Oral Presentation" or "Organized Session" and have their abstract accepted must submit the following:
(1) Final paper
(2) An abstract of the final paper (separate from the abstract submitted by May 23)
For participants who chose "Poster Presentation", submission of a full paper is optional.
If you wish to submit a paper, please note the following:
(1) If you want Paper review feedback, please submit the full paper and the abstract of the paper.
(2) If you do not need Paper review feedback, you just need to prepare your poster for the symposium following the guidelines (which will be provided at a later date).
Notice:
※①Submitted papers will be included in the proceedings of APISAT-2022.
②The abstracts of submitted papers will be included in the book of abstract of APISAT-2022.
However, papers not presented at the symposium will not be included.
※At least one author must register and pay the registration fee in order to present.
Registration and payment of the registration fee must be made by September 16, 2022 (JST).

How to submit your paper
1.Please use the template below and carefully read the guidelines provided to prepare your paper.
2.Papers should be saved and submitted in PDF format.
3.When submitting a paper, there is a section for entering an abstract. Please copy and paste the abstract of your paper.
All papers can only be submitted with the on-line submission form (Only those whose abstracts are submitted and accepted by May 23 will receive an email with a link to the submission page.). Papers sent by e-mail, fax or post will be ignored.

Registration for Presenting Author
The presenting author will be required to register for the Symposium and submit a full paper in order to ensure their presentation is included in the final program. Presenters who have not registered by the deadline date (September 16, 2022 JST) will be removed from the program.
Student Award
The Student Award is given to the best paper written by an undergraduate or graduate student. Student awards are given based on the scientific contribution of the paper, its originality, and the quality of the symposium presentation. The eligibility criteria for the award are as follows:
*Participants who chose Poster Presentation are not eligible for Student Award.
- The first author of the paper must be an undergraduate or graduate student who has not completed a doctoral program by the date of the symposium, i.e., a full-time student as of October 14, 2022 (JST).
- The first author of the paper must be the student responsible for the major part of the research presented in the paper. In addition, the research must be the author's own original research that has not been published in other conferences or journals.
- The student author must attend the symposium and make the presentation himself/herself.
- By applying for the APISAT Student Award, students declare that they meet the above requirements. At the request of the Organizing Committee, students will be asked to submit an official certificate of student status issued by the educational institution in which they are enrolled. The organizing committee will contact you before the symposium.
On-line Journal
The editorial committee of JSASS in cooperation with APISAT- National Organizing Committee in Japan is planning a Special Issue of the online peer-review journal "Transactions of JSASS, Aerospace Technology Japan", (refereed below as "Special Issue") as a collection of selected APISAT 2022 papers.
In order to be considered for publication in the Special Issue, the papers should satisfy the following criteria:
- The author must present the paper at APISAT-2022.
- The paper is nominated by APISAT committees and/or session chairperson.
- The paper has not been published anywhere else, or is not under review for publication in any other journal.
- The paper is peer-reviewed according to the review policy of "Transactions of JSASS, Aerospace Technology Japan" to ensure it complies with the quality standard of the journal. The Special Issue will include around 20 papers which have successfully passed the peer-review process.
- The author agrees to pay the publication charge once the paper is selected for the Special Issue. If the first author is not a member of JSASS, an extra fee equivalent to the annual due of a regular member of JSASS is going to be charged. Payment of the extra fee entitles the author to free electronic access to the JSASS on-line journals for one year after the publication.
