Childcare Service Information

※ To ensure the safety of children and appropriate staffing, the childcare service is available by advance reservation only.
Please note that same-day registration and childcare without a prior reservation will not be available.

Service Period and Hours

Tuesday, October 27, 2026: 9:00–17:00
Wednesday, October 28, 2026: 9:00–17:00
Thursday, October 29, 2026: 8:30–12:00

Please note: No meals or snacks will be provided at the childcare facility. Milk will also not be available for purchase. Please either pick up your child during meal times or bring the necessary food and milk with you.
Children may only consume food, snacks, beverages, and other items brought by their parents/guardians.

Location

Sapporo Convention Center
For security purposes, the exact location of the childcare room will be provided only to registered users.

Eligible Age

Children from 3 months old to preschool age.

How to reserve

To help us adjust the number of available childcare spaces, please make a provisional reservation by email first.

Reservation Procedure

1. Provisional Reservation
Please send a provisional reservation request by email to Sapporo Sitter Service Co., Ltd. at info@sapporositter.com.

Please use the following subject line:

“APISAT2026 & 64th Aircraft Symposium – Childcare Reservation”
Please include the following information in the body of your email:
Parent/Guardian's name
Number of children requiring childcare
Child's name, age, and gender
Date(s) childcare is required
Mobile phone number

2. Reservation Confirmation
After receiving and reviewing your reservation email, Sapporo Sitter Service Co., Ltd. will send you a confirmation email. Your provisional reservation will then be considered complete.

3. Submission of the Application Form
Please download the Childcare Service Application Form and the Terms of Use, complete all required information, and send the completed application form by email to Sapporo Sitter Service Co., Ltd. at info@sapporositter.com. Please bring the original copy of the completed Application Form to the childcare reception desk on the day of use.

Insurance

In the event of an unforeseen accident, the childcare provider is covered by an insurance policy, and compensation will be provided within the scope of that insurance coverage.

Please note, however, that APISAT2026 & the 64th Aircraft Symposium cannot assume any liability beyond the coverage provided by the childcare provider's insurance.
