Please note that if applications are submitted after August 2026, the company's name may not be included in the conference program book.

Payment

The Secretariat will issue an invoice after we confirm your application.
Please make the payment to the account indicated on the invoice by the due date.
Invoices are issued with a payment deadline at the end of the month following the month of application.
If you wish to request a different due date, please inform us when you submit your application.
*Please note that invoices will not be issued for donations.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that, due to the nature of the sponsorship, we are unable to provide refunds for any reason after the application has been submitted. This includes cancellations due to force majeure, such as natural disasters or the spread of infectious diseases. Expenses already incurred in preparation will be taken into account.
