* Student at the time of conference can register at a student rate (only Early-bird Registration). Students are required to submit their student ID or document which certifies of their position at
registration desk on-site. If they do not bring these documents with them, they are required to pay "Regular registration fee".**The Accompanying Person Ticket includes:
- Welcome Reception
- Conference Lunches
- Access to the exhibition area and designated lounge/break areas
- Access to the accompanying participant's presentation only
*Accompanying persons are not permitted to attend any other technical or scientific sessions.
Please note that the banquet is NOT included in the Accompanying Person Ticket.
To attend the banquet, accompanying persons must purchase a separate Banquet Ticket.

An International Workshop for Early-Career Researchers to Explore the Present and Future of Healthy Diet and Nutrition
The IUNS Subcommittee of the Science Council of Japan will hold a joint workshop at ICPH & ICoFF 2026 to support early‑career researchers. The workshop will be conducted in English and aims to encourage international exchange.
There is no additional fee for conference participants. If you wish to attend, please indicate this in the participant system.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be accepted for payments made more than 180 days after payment or after
