Welcome to ICPH & ICoFF 2026!
We are delighted to invite you to the ICPH & ICoFF 2026 (The 12th International Conference on Polyphenols and Health and the 9th International Conference on Food Factors, ICoFF). The mission is to promote research into all aspects of basic and applied food and nutritional science.
The first ICPH conference was held in Vichy, France, in 2003 and has since been held every two years in different countries, becoming a center for international exchange on the health-promoting functions of polyphenols. Following the previous conference in Boston, USA, it will be held in Japan in 2026.
The first ICoFF conference was held in Hamamatsu in 1995 with the theme "Cancer Prevention by Food Components" and has since become a valuable international conference where food, medical, and pharmaceutical researchers meet to present research results on food factors related to bioregulatory functions. Having been held three times overseas in Korea, Taiwan, and China, this time it will be held in Yokohama in collaboration with the ICPH.
The present conference's theme is ‘Food Augmentation: Function, Sensory and Experience’, which aims to expand the potential of food to the limit and open the future of food functionality research.The conference provides a unique opportunity for scientific exchange and networking between academia, industry and regulatory authorities, as well as young and experienced scientists and experts. Our organizing committee is currently working hard to prepare for the conference to be held at PACIFICO YOKOHAMA in October 2026. We sincerely welcome your participation and look forward to spending time together in our wonderful city.
