Registration/ Help Desk

Upon arrival, please stop by the Registration Desk to pick up your name badge and conference materials.
For any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to visit the Help Desk for assistance.

Registration Check-in & Name Badge

• Please present your Registration Check-in QR code (downloadable from My Page) at the Registration Desk to receive your name badge. 
• You may either print the QR code or save it on your mobile phone for on-site check-in.
• Name badges must be worn at all times during the event.

Conference Badge

Badges must be worn at all times within the conference venue, including all receptions.

Recording/Photo Policy

Recording or photographing conference presentations, posters, or displays is strictly prohibited without prior permission of the presenter.

Accommodation Survey

To support our grant reporting requirements, we kindly ask all participants to provide information about their accommodation during the conference period.
Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and will help support the successful organization of ICPH & ICoFF 2026.
Please upload your hotel receipt to the survey below once your accommodation has been arranged and paid for.
You may also complete the survey and upload your receipt after checking in during the conference period.

Cloak 

A cloakroom will be available at the venue. Further details will be announced shortly.

Wi-Fi Access

Free Wi-Fi is available at the venue. However, please note that when many participants are connected at the same time, the connection speed may be limited.
Please use one of the two Wi-Fi connections listed below.

Luncheon Seminars

Luncheon Seminars are available by advance reservation only.
When registering, please select your preferred seminar number from LS 1 to LS 8 in the options menu.
＊There are no additional fees to attend the Luncheon Seminar.

Registration Period

Sep 14 - Oct 5, 2026 (JST, UTC+9)
Advance reservations will no longer be accepted after 23:59 on October 5. If you wish to attend a Luncheon Seminar, please come directly to the venue of your preferred seminar on the day of the event. On October 14 and 15, if the luncheon seminars are fully booked, please use the light buffet lunch.
On October 16, as there will be no light buffet lunch, if the luncheon seminars are fully booked, participants will need to arrange their own lunch.
*A limited number of seats may be available on the day of each luncheon seminar.

Catering

Coffee Breaks

Refreshments are served in G3~G6 Poster & Exhibition Hall.
We are providing water stations, so we encourage you to bring your own waterbottles to the conference.

Lunch

Besides the luncheon seminars, a light lunch buffet will be provided on Oct. 14 and Oct. 15.

Welcome Reception

*All conference participants are welcome to attend the Welcome Reception.

Banquet

Date & Time: October 15, 19:00 - 21:00
Place: Annex Hall
*The Banquet is open only to participants who have paid the banquet participation fee. A blue mark will be printed on your name badge, which will serve as your admission pass to the banquet venue.
