Late Poster Submission (Starts from June 1st)

All participants are eligible to submit an abstract at the late poster submission, including those who have already submitted during the regular submission period.
During this submission, only POSTER presentations request are applicable.

If you have already submitted an abstract and wish to submit additional abstracts,
an extra fee of 10,000 JPY per abstract will be required.
Please purchase the option at the participants registration system.

A maximum of two additional abstracts may be submitted,
allowing up to three abstracts per presenter in total.

Important Dates for Late Poster Submission

  • Late Poster Abstract Submission Open: June 1st (Mon), 2026 (JST, UTC+9)
  • Deadline for Late Poster Abstract Submission: July 31st (Fri), 2026 (JST, UTC+9)
    *However, the application will close before the deadline once the poster venue reaches capacity.
  • Notification of Review Results: Around the beginning of August, 2026
  • Deadline for Registration and Payment for Presenting Author*: August 14th (Fri), 2026 (JST, UTC+9)
* Abstracts will be automatically rejected if the payment of presenting author’s registration will not be confirmed before the due date.
* Please note that the Early-bird registration will close on June 10, 2026 (JST, UTC+9).
However, for registrations from low- and middle-income countries (see list of eligible countries), if payment is made promptly after notification of acceptance, the Early-Bird Residential rate will be applied if you promptly confirm your intention to participate upon receiving the acceptance notification. We will issue a coupon code accordingly once we receive your confirmation.
Registrations from countries not on the list will be charged the Regular rate after June 10th (Fri.).

  • Abstract should be prepared in A4 ONE-PAGE by using the Abstract Template and submitted in PDF format.
  • Abstract file should include: Title, Author name(s), Affiliation(s), Body and 3-4 Keywords.
  • There is no character limit but please do not exceed one A4 page

Important Notices

  • All abstracts must be submitted through the online submission system. Registrations sent via e-mail, fax, or post will not be accepted.
  • Presenters whose abstracts have been accepted as a late poster MUST register for the Conference and complete the payment by
    August 14th (Fri), 2026 (JST, UTC+9) . Abstracts will be automatically rejected if the payment of the presenting author's registration is not done before the due date.

Awards

Applications for the Awards (Student Award, Young Investigator Aword, Presentation Aword) are CLOSED during the late poster submission.

Presentation

Accepted abstracts during the late poster subission must be presented as a poster at the Conference. Instruction for presentation will be announced at a later date.

Personal information in the submission system will not be used for purposes other than the conference. Your information will be stored in controlled servers with limited access.
