IUNS Workshop at ICPH & ICoFF 2026
JAPANESE INSTRUCTION
An International Workshop for Early-Career Researchers to Explore the Present and Future of Healthy Diet and Nutrition
The IUNS Subcommittee of the Science Council of Japan regularly organizes workshops to foster the development of early-career researchers.
On this occasion, we will hold a joint workshop in collaboration with ICPH & ICoFF 2026.
The workshop will be conducted in English and aims to promote international exchange among young researchers.
Overview
Participants will attend conference lectures related to a topic of their own choice, engage in group discussions with others who selected the same topic, and present the outcomes of their discussions.
Workshop Program
-
Participants are required to attend lectures during the conference that correspond to the topic (category) selected at the time of registration.
-
During the group work session on October 16, participants will first introduce themselves (including a brief country report or the content of their conference presentation, if applicable).
They will then share insights from the lectures they attended and discuss the current situation, challenges, and future perspectives of their selected topic.
Each group will prepare a presentation summarizing their discussion.
-
On the morning of October 17, each group will present the outcomes of their discussions at the ICPH & ICoFF venue.
Each presentation is expected to last approximately 15 minutes.
This presentation session will be open to the public, and all ICPH & ICoFF participants are welcome to attend.
