Presentation guidelines

Oral presentation

Language
All presentations must be delivered in English.

Presentation time
The time slot for regular presentation is 15 minutes (12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion). For keynote speakers, the presentation time is 30 minutes including discussion.

Aspect ratio for presentation slide
The recommended aspect ratio for presentation slides at the venue is 16:9 or 16:10.

Submission of presentation files
We kindly ask all oral presenters to submit presentation files to the designated submission portal. We will provide the submission address at a later date. Please submit your files no later than the day before your presentation.

Poster presentation

Poster size
Each presenter is provided with a W900mm x H1800mm poster board per one poster, on which a poster up to standard A0 size (841mm x 1189mm) can be displayed in portrait orientation.

Poster display period
Presenters can mount their posters from 9:00 AM on Monday, July 6. Please remove their posters by 12:30 PM on Friday, July 10.

Flash talk
All poster presenters will have the opportunity to give a flash talk, with a 1-minute oral presentation given in an oral session using no more than 2 slides. Since time for flash talk session is limited, presentations will be forcibly stopped once the time limit is exceeded, and the next speaker will begin immediately. The recommended aspect ratio for presentation slides at the venue is 16:9 or 16:10.

Submission of presentation files for flash talk
We kindly ask all poster presenters to submit presentation files for flash talk to the designated submission portal. We will provide the submission address at a later date. Please submit your files no later than the day before your flash talk.

Poster display period
Posters can be displayed in designated areas not only during the core time, but throughout the duration of ILRC32.
