Banquet, Conference Excursion, and Welcome party

*Participation fees for conference events (banquet, excursion, welcome party) are included in the registration fee.
*We would like to know the approximate number of participants in advance. If you plan to participate in the Banquet on July 8th, Conference Excursion on July 8th, and/or Welcome party on July 5th, please indicate your attendance in the registration form.
*The Conference Excursion will take place on the afternoon of Wednesday, July 8th, with a visit to Miyajima.
*The Banquet will be held at the Grand Prince Hotel Hiroshima following the excursion on the same day, Wednesday, July 8th.
*The banquet will be served buffet-style. Vegetarian options are available among the dishes served at the buffet — please let us know in advance if you need.
*If you have any other dietary requests or allergies, please indicate them on the registration form.

All payments must be made in JAPANESE YEN(JPY) by credit card
If you have paid the registration fee by credit card, Payment Confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically.

• Notification of Review Results: April 6, 2026
• Deadline for submission of revised 4 page paper: April 30, 2026

*You can edit your submitted paper and author's information by the deadline.
