Conference Excursion and Banquet
On Wednesday afternoon (July 8, 2026), a tour to “Miyajima” will be organized, with free time to explore Miyajima.
Miyajima is home to “Itsukushima Shrine”, a World Heritage Site, as well as temples, shrines,
and a treasure house that are designated as important cultural properties of Japan.
There are also souvenir stores selling traditional handicrafts and Japanese sweets,
as well as rest facilities such as cafes and restaurants, where visitors will be able to take their time and enjoy Japanese culture.

On the same evening, a banquet will be held at Grand Prince Hotel Hiroshima in the port area,
where the participants will enjoy the scenery of the Seto Inland Sea with dinner.
We also plan to use a pleasure boat to get to Miyajima and the banquet venue,
where we hope visitors will also be able to enjoy the scenery of the Seto Inland Sea.

ILRC32 futsal (indoor soccer) game
Our Japanese Lidar community holds a futsal game after our domestic annual meeting. The soccer World Cup is happening during our conference, and we are planning to host an 'ILRC Edition' of the World Cup at Hiroshima Green Arena (16 min. on foot from the venue).
We will move there after the conference concludes on its last day, and the event is scheduled to begin at 4:30 PM. It's free of charge, so please wear comfortable clothes and bring indoor shoes. We look forward to seeing you there!
Please email the LOC (ilrc32@pcojapan.jp) if you would like to participate. Drop-ins are also welcome.
