To submit your abstract please attach the LaTeX file and converted PDF file and send them to the LOC by e-mail:
gsi-ivsgm2024-submit#ki.mlit.go.jp (replace # with @)
Note that the submission address is different from the contact address of the LOC.

Abstracts should not exceed one page in PDF format basically, and figures or tables cannot be included.
