Reception

17:00-20:00, Sunday, Mar. 3
The reception desk will be set up in front of the venue of icebreaker (Main conference room 102). The attendees coming to the icebreaker can check in there.

8:30-9:30, Monday, Mar. 4
The reception desk will be set up in front of the venue of oral presentations (Convention Hall 200).
You do not need to check in again if you have already completed the reception during the ice breaker. Please do not forget to wear your name badge.

Notes

1. A name badge, a conference book, and souvenirs (conference bag, USB flash drive and water bottle) will be distributed at the reception.
2. Bottled water will be distributed next to the reception desk every morning from Monday, Mar. 4 to Thursday, Mar. 7.
3. If you have applied for the discount as an Early-Career Scientist Presenter or a student, don't forget to bring a certificate to be checked.
4. If you will have an accompanying person coming to the icebreaker, excursion, or banquet, you should pay in cash for them at the reception desk.
