Registration Fees

Regular Attendee Early-Career Scientist Presenter* Student

The registration fees include:
  • Admission to all sessions and poster area
  • Icebreaker
  • Excursion

  • 25th Anniversary Celebration

    • * An Early-Career Scientist Presenter is a practicing scientist who received their highest certificate (e.g. BSc, MSc or PhD) within the past seven years, as well as one who will contribute to the meeting as an oral or poster presenter. The seven-year period can be extended to allow for periods when the scientist was not working in science because of, but not limited to, caring and/or parental responsibilities, disability, personal illness, community obligations or national service.

    To qualify for the student fee or the early-career scientist presenter fee, please prepare the following documents:
    For students: a valid document of the university in English or Japanese, or a copy of your student ID card;
    For early-career scientist presenters: a copy of a diploma or a certificate of graduation/completion with the date of completion.
    These documents will be checked on-site.

    Accompanying Person

    Please check the participants fee for the accompanying person below.
    Also make sure to input the information of the accompanying person at the payment page.

    Payment Details

    Payment from outside of Japan can only be done by credit card.
    Accepted credit cards are VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and Diners.

    Payment within Japan can be made by bank transfer or Credit card.
    *Fees may be charged for bank transfers.

    Confirmation

    An automated e-mail will be sent to you after completing your payment.
    If you do not receive the e-mail after an hour, please contact us by e-mail.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy

    We accept cancellations before January 31, 2024.

    If you have paid by credit card, we will refund you the total amount.
    If you paid by bank transfer, JPY 3,000 will be charged as the cancellation fee, and the participants have to afford the bank transfer fees.

    From January 31, 2024,  NO refund can be processed.
