Participant Guideline

All participants are required to wear their name badge at all times. Badges will be provided at the reception desk.

General Information

Reception Schedule

April 16 (Wed.) 8:30 - 18:15
April 17 (Thu.) 8:30 - 18:00 *The Banquet venue is different.
April 18 (Fri.) 8:30 - 15:30

・We will open the entrance door at 8:30.
・After Panel Discussion, we will close the symposium entrance on April 17 (Thu.) due to the banquet.


Conference Badge policy

General (Symposium Participants)

・Badges must be worn at all times within the conference venue, including the banquet.
・If you forget your badge, please visit the reception desk for reissuance.
・Access to the Session 3 Only registration is limited to the special session, poster session, and banquet.
   Please check the time schedule carefully.

Technical Exhibition visitors/Exhibitors

・Badges must be worn at all times within the technical exhibition area.
・Access to the main symposium venue and banquet is not permitted.

Banquet Only

・Badges must be worn at all times during the banquet.
・If you wish to invite a guest, you must arrange the payment for "Accompanied person for Banquet" in advance.
   Please arrange it via the registration system and select the option menu.
・Accompanying guests must also wear a name badge during the banquet.
・Name badges for guests will be available at the symposium reception desk during the conference period only.
   Please note: Badges will not be distributed at the banquet venue.

Recording/Photo Policy

Recording or photographing conference presentations, posters, or displays is strictly prohibited without the presenter's permission.

Cloak Information

・The cloak service is available only during the symposium period.
・Overnight storage is not accepted.

・Valuables cannot be stored in the cloak. Please keep them with you at all times.
・During the banquet, please use the cloak nearby the banquet venue.
・Please make sure to retrieve your belongings early if needed after panel discussion.

Digest of Papers

・Digest of papers will be provided to each registered participant.
・You can also access the PDF on the official website once you complete to register.
・If you do not know the password, it will be available on-site at the venue.
・Redistribution of the PDF or sharing the password with others is strictly prohibited.
