Registration Period

- Regular registration period: July 1  - October 3, 2025

Registration Category

Payment is accepted by credit card only, in Japanese yen, via the registration system. All listed fees include 10% tax.

AIRAPT Membership Fee

AIRAPT Membership Fee: 3,200 JPY (20 EUR)

For those attending AIRAPT-29
The AIRAPT membership fee is included in the AIRAPT-29 registration fee and no separate procedure is required.

For those who wish to pay only the AIRAPT membership fee　
You can pay your membership fee at the AIRAPT-29 registration page; please note that you cannot attend AIRAPT-29.

Optional Purchase

To receive separate invoices and receipts for the registration fee and optional purchases, please make individual payments for each.

*Accompanying persons with an Access Pass are welcome to attend the Welcome Reception and coffee breaks.

Separate registration is required for the summer school. Further details will be announced soon.

Credit Card

The following credit cards are accepted in the registration system.

Notice for Credit Card Payments
- A one-time password will be required, please have your mobile phone registered with your credit card ready.
- Please complete the payment process on a computer, not on a smartphone. (Use the latest version of Chrome.)
- Using a smartphone or a browser other than Chrome may result in authentication failure during credit card payment.
- Please do not click the "Back" or cancel buttons during the credit card payment process.

Invoice and Receipt

Receipts can be downloaded from "My Page".
You can edit the name on the invoice or receipt in "My page".

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations or refunds will be accepted for payments made more than 180 days after payment or after July 31, 2025. For cancellations, please contact the AIRAPT-29 Secretariat at airapt29@pcojapan.jp.

Invitation Letter

To request an invitation letter, click the button below.
Invitation letters are issued only to delegates who have completed registration and payment.
The letter will include event dates, organizer details, and confirmation of your registration.

Childcare Support

If you wish to use childcare services during the conference, please contact the secretariat (airapt29@pcojapan.jp) by June 30 (the early registration deadline) at the latest. Please share the number of children, their ages, and any other necessary information with us. After confirming your request, the secretariat will contact you.
