Student Poster Award

Several outstanding posters presented in the session on September 30 will be selected for the Student Poster Award. The awardees will be invited to attend the Banquet on the following day and will receive special prizes during the Closing Ceremony.
All participants, excluding students, are kindly asked to vote for the awardees. Please refer to the instructions below.

Voting System

All participants, excluding students, are kindly asked to vote for the awardees.
Eligible voters will receive a "Individual Key" via email on September 29. Voters need to enter this code to vote for the poster. If you cannot find the email, please contact the Help Desk on the 1st floor or ask the staff inside the venue during the poster session.

Selection Criteria

Please make your selections with reference to the following points.
We judge primarily the effort made in making the poster.
a) Is it easy to capture what has been done and what the major results/perspectives/problems/conclusions are?
b) Are figures easily readable, clearly labelled, and not overloaded?
c) Has the author been present to reply to questions?

・Evaluation weights differ for Best and Excellent Posters.
・You cannot edit after submitting. Please check carefully on the confirmation screen and go back if you need to revise.
