- Achieving Highly Efficient and Consistent Production
We pursue automation of production from process design and development of production equipment to the construction of conveyor systems. Highly efficient and consistent production is made possible.
- Centralized monitoring of production planning, operation status, and other operational conditions for quick response
Connects production management data from order receipt, manufacturing, and shipping to realize highly accurate production planning and visualization of facility and logistics status in real time. The integrated control room centrally monitors the factory's operational status and responds quickly to any problems that may occur.
- Preventing unexpected line stoppages through data analysis
A large amount of data collected by the YASKAWA Cockpit, an edge software tool that performs everything from data collection to analysis, is analyzed through AI analysis and big data analysis, and used for predictive failure and preventive maintenance of equipment. This reduces sudden line stoppages and contributes to stable operations.

- Through the manufacture and sale of automotive air conditioning systems and the development of new thermal management systems, we aim to realize a comfortable automotive environment and contribute to global environmental protection. In this company visit, you will see two distinctive manufacturing lines.
- Electric compressor line
The concept of this line is based on the extreme pursuit of automation from feeding to completion, resulting in labor-saving production. Using identification codes stamped on each part, the history of each process is linked to the serial number of the finished product, realizing highly accurate traceability. In addition, the production status is constantly monitored by a production monitoring system.
- Heat Exchanger Line
In the new brazing furnace, the heating method has been changed from radiation heating to convection heating to significantly shorten the product heating time. In addition, the use of a high-precision surface temperature measuring camera enables feedback control of the measured temperature to achieve high quality brazing at the optimum temperature for each individual product.
- We are a group company of Fujifilm Corporation, and mainly engages in the following three business segments. In the Business Solutions Business, we provide problem-solving services using system integration and cloud services. The Office Solutions business provides office equipment such as MFPs and printers. The Graphic Communications Business offers solutions for commercial printing.
- The tour will take the visitors to our two locations: the Ebina Plant, where MFPs are assembled, and FutureEdge, where verification activities are conducted with customers to create new graphic communications businesses. We will also explain about the Innovative Production Way (IPW), the manufacturing improvement activity that supports production innovation.
-SUBARU's Gunma Plant is the company’s main production base in Japan. It includes the Yajima Plant, where vehicles are assembled, and other large facilities.
-The factory handles all major processes—pressing, welding, painting, and assembly—and reflects Subaru’s philosophy of “people-centered car making,” with a focus on driving enjoyment, comfort, and safety since the Subaru 360 era.
