Information for Attending the Event/当日のご参加に向けて

1. Registration Procedure
　- Open the yellow 'Participation QR Code' button on My Page, 
　　scan it at the reception with your smartphone, and your name badge will be printed."
 
   *You may also bring a pre-printed QR code with you (proxy participants are also accepted).
   *If your participation fee has not yet been paid, the QR code will not be displayed. 
    Please complete your payment as soon as possible.

2. Name Card (Badge) – Pre-check and Correction of Name and Company
 - You can make changes from “Participant Register” → “Personal Information” on My Page.
 
  1.Please enter both your name and company in English only.
  2.Some participants have mistakenly entered their name in the company field. 
    Please make sure to correct this.
  3.Enter your company name concisely (e.g., use abbreviations). 
    If it is too long, it may not appear on the badge.
  (Example)
   - Display name: Your name (e.g., Taro Yamada)
   - Company or Organization Name: Your company name (e.g., JUSE)

3. Use of the Automatic Translation System
 - A multilingual translation system will be available at the venue, 
   allowing you to receive text and audio in your native language on your smartphone.

   Earphones / Earbuds
  *Power outlets at the venue are limited. Please bring a portable battery if needed.
  *Free Wi-Fi will be available at the venue (details will be provided on-site).

4. Reception Hours & Location
 - September 1 (Mon) – 5F Lobby, from 8:00 (for participants joining from the Pre-Conference)
 - September 2 (Tue) – 1F Lobby, from 8:00 (for participants joining from the Opening)

5.Access to the Venue

6. Dress Code
 - There is no formal dress code. 
   As early September in Tokyo can still be hot, please dress according to the weather.

7. Tokyo Half-Day Sightseeing Tours (For Overseas Participants Only)
 - Sep 2: Tokyo Night Tour
 - Sep 3: Akihabara Tour
 - Sep 4: Samurai Residence Tour in Nishitama
   *Tour registration opens on September 1 at the “Sightseeing Tour Desk” in the lobby.
   *Registration will close once the bus is full, so please register early if you wish to join.

8. Airport Support Desk
 - August 31 (Sun), from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
 
  *Located near the arrival information counters at Narita and Haneda Airports.
   Please stop by if you need assistance with access to the venue.

9. Items to Bring
  (1)QR Code (on your smartphone or printed)
  (2) Smartphone & earphones (for the translation system) + portable battery (if needed)
  (3) Business cards (for networking)

10. Others
 - There is no cloakroom at the venue. Please leave large luggage at your hotel.

2．ネームカード（名札）の氏名と会社名の事前確認・修正
・マイページの「Participant Register」→「Personal Information」から変更できます。
　  1. 氏名と会社名の記載はすべて英語でご入力ください。
 　 2. 会社名欄に氏名を入力されている例が見受けられますので、必ず修正してください。
      3. 会社名は略称など簡潔にご入力ください（長すぎる場合は名札に表示されないことがあります）。
　　1) Display name　　　　　　　　：氏名（例：Taro Yamada）
　　2) Company or Organization Name：会社名（例：JUSE）

3．自動翻訳システムの利用
　・会場では多言語翻訳システムをご利用いただけます。スマートフォンから
　　母国語でのテキスト・音声受信が可能です。
　（必要なもの）
　　1. スマートフォン
　　2. イヤホン/イヤブッズ
　※会場の電源は限られていますので、予備バッテリーをご持参ください。
　※会場にて、無料Wi-Fiをご利用いただけます。

4．受付時間・場所
　・9月1日（月）　5Fロビー　8:00～（プレカンファレンスから参加者の方）
　・9月2日（火）　1Fロビー　8:00～（オープニングから参加の方）

6．服装について
　・ドレスコードはありません。9月初旬の東京は暑さが残りますので、気候に合わせた服装でご参加ください。

7．東京半日観光ツアー（海外参加者限定）
　　9/2：東京ナイトツアー
　　9/3：秋葉原ツアー
　　9/4：武者屋敷＠西多摩ツアー
　　※9月1日以降、ロビー内「観光ツアーデスク」にて受付開始します。
　　　満員になり次第締切となりますので、希望される方は、お早めに受付ください。

8．空港サポートデスク
　8月31日（日）12:00～18:00　
　※成田空港・羽田空港の到着口付近案内カウンターに設置します。
　　会場までのアクセスに不安がある場合はお立ち寄りください。

9．必要な持ち物
　1.QRコード（スマートフォンまたは印刷物）
    2.スマートフォン・イヤホン（翻訳システム用）＋予備バッテリー(必要な場合）
    3.名刺（ネットワーキング用）

10.その他
　・会場にはクロークのご用意がございません。大きなお荷物は、宿泊先にお預けください。
