This session will introduce the basics of three key themes essential for improving quality in companies: Policy Management and Daily Management, Problem Solving, and QC Circles (Small Group Activities).

(Topic 2) Problem Solving

(Topic 3) QC Circles (Small Group Activities)

2.Welcome Reception
This reception is mainly for guests from overseas and those who come early for pre-registration. Light meals and drinks will be served.
