Registration Period

Registration Category

Payment is accepted by credit card only, in Japanese yen, via the registration system. All listed fees include 10% tax.

The registration fee includes:
・Access to all conference sessions (plenary, parallel, workshops)
・Networking opportunities throughout the program
・Poster presentations and exhibits
・Conference materials and resources
・Reception event (depending on registration type)
※ Excursions, pre-conference workshops, and social events may require separate registration and/or fees.

*Accompanying persons with an Access Pass are welcome to attend the Welcome Reception and coffee breaks.
*Conference dinner tickets are not included in the registration fee. Please purchase the relevant number of tickets separately if you plan to attend.

The following credit cards are accepted in the registration system.

Notice for Credit Card Payments
- A one-time password will be required; please have your mobile phone registered with your credit card ready.
- Please complete the payment process on a computer, not on a smartphone. (Use the latest version of Chrome.)
- Using a smartphone or a browser other than Chrome may result in authentication failure during credit card payment.
- Please do not click the "Back" or cancel buttons during the credit card payment process.

Invoice and Receipt

You can download invoices/receipts and edit the name on them through "My Page".

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be accepted for payments made more than 180 days after payment or after MM DD, YYYY For cancellations, please contact the Secretariat at pham2027@pcojapan.jp

Visa Support

International attendees may require a visa to enter Japan, depending on their nationality and country of residence. We strongly encourage all participants to check their visa requirements early.

Step 1: Check your visa requirements
Visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan or contact your nearest Japanese embassy.

Step 2: Request an Invitation Letter
Available from the secretariat after registration is confirmed.
Visa application documents will only be issued for requests received by MM. DD, 2027.

Step 3: Apply for your visa
Submit well in advance. Allow at least 4–8 weeks for processing.

Step 4: Request a Certificate of Participation
Available after the conference, or pre-event confirmation letters for visa purposes.

Note: Many nationalities can enter Japan visa-free for up to 90 days.
