Photomask Japan 2026 (PMJ2026) offers on-line registration from February 2 to April 10,2026.
All payments must be made in JAPANESE YEN(JPY) by credit card or bank transfer.
*Bank Transfer is only available in Japan until April ３.
On-site registration is available until April 10.
*We DO NOT accept cash payments.

REGISTRATION FEE:
All registrations fee should be accompanied by full payment of the registration fee in Japanese Yen (JPY).

Registration fees will increase after April 3, 2026.
*All deadline dates are in Japan Standard Time.

  • Students are required to submit the copy of their student ID card via online registration form.
  • Students are requested to register as "Student" even if they attend Session 3 Only so that they can attend all sessions at the same price.

This menu is valid only for the Tutorial Session on April 7 .
This menu DOES NOT include congress materials, access to the main conference or the Banquet.
Participants who wish to attend the Tutorial Session on April 7 must select “Tutorial Session Entry (April 7)” from the optional menu.

1) To attend the Tutorial Session only:

※ You will not be able to attend the Main Symposium.

2)To attend both the Main Symposium and the Tutorial Session:

Regarding payment

REMITTANCE
Payment of registration and other fee should be made in Japanese Yen by credit card or by bank transfer. 

CONFIRMATION AND RECEIPT
If you have paid the registration fee by credit card, Payment Confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically.
If you pay the fee by bank transfer, a reply e-mail with bank information will be sent to the registered e-mail address.
If you do not receive any e-mail message, please contact the Photomask Japan Secretariat.
You can download your own receipt from My Page by May 31.

CHANGES OF REGISTRATION
After confirming the payment, you cannot change registration category or the payment method.
If you would like to change it, please contact the Photomask Japan Secretariat.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
Cancellations will not be accepted.
