Conference Registration Inclusions

For Regular and Student Participants

2. Admission to all scientific sessions

Please note:
・The welcome reception (Nov. 3) and banquet (Nov. 6) will be free of charge for all registered participants.
  (Not officially included in the registration fee paid to RPGR2025)
・Meals and accommodation are NOT included.

Payment can only be made by credit card through the registration system in Japanese yen.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that no refunds will be issued for cancellations after the 14th of September. In case of cancellation, please contact us at rpgr2025@pcojapan.jp.

- Please note that the organizing committee cannot guarantee the approval of your visa applications.
