Onsite Check-in

Registration/ Help Desk

Upon arrival, please stop by the Registration Desk to pick up your name badge and conference materials.
For any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to visit the Help Desk for assistance.

Opening Hours

September 27 (Sunday)	3:00 PM - 7:30 PM
September 28 - October 1 (Mon - Thurs)	8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
October 2 (Friday)	8:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Registration Check-in & Name Badge

• Please present your Registration Check-in QR code (downloadable from My Page) at the Registration Desk to receive your name badge. 
• You may either print the QR code or save it on your mobile phone for on-site check-in.
• Name badges must be worn at all times during the event.

Free Wi-Fi is available at the venue. However, please note that when many participants are connected at the same time, the connection speed may be limited. For a more stable internet connection, we recommend that you bring your own pocket Wi-Fi.　

Food and Beverage

Refreshments

Refreshments will be served on each floor at the conference venue.
Food and beverages may be consumed throughout the conference venue, except in the 3F Main Hall.
Please note that outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Only food and beverages provided at the venue may be consumed.

Welcome Reception

Date & Time: September 27, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM 
Doors Open: 6:00 PM

*All conference participants are welcome to attend the Welcome Reception.
*You may join at any time during the reception hours.
*Please make sure to pick up your name badge at the conference center before attending the Welcome Reception.

Banquet

Date & Time: September 30, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Doors Open: 6:45 PM
Place: ANA CROWNE PLAZA TOYAMA 3F OHTORI
*The Banquet is open only to participants who have paid the banquet participation fee.
