Information for Presenters
Oral Presentation
Presentation time
The symposium & workshop schedule is as shown in the program.
The presentation time for each symposium and workshop will be given from the chairperson in advance.
The presentation time for each oral session will be given from the Conference Committee. Please keep the schedule.

*Registration desk and data registration open at 8:30am.
*From 8:30 to 9:00 on the 24th, priority will be given to the presenters in the morning of the 24th.
- Please bring the USB containing your presentation data to the PC reception desk and register your data at least 30 minutes prior to your presentation.
- Please display your slides on the PC for preview and check the operation.
Mac users are requested to present on their own PCs, but please be sure to check the connection and operation of your PPT file and Mac at the Presentation Data Reception Desk at least 30 minutes prior to your presentation.
- Presentation files will be erased immediately after the conference.
Instruction for preparing presentation file (PPT)
- Prepare your presentation slides in English using Microsoft PowerPoint. The resolution of the LCD projector is FULL HD (1920x1080). Slide aspect ratio of 16:9 is recommended.
*All venue PCs are “Windows 11.”
*“Microsoft PowerPoint 2024” will be prepared as the presentation software.
- If you are using Windows, you will use the keyboard/mouse provided on the podium.
- If you are using a Mac, please bring your own PC. The connector of the cables that can be connected is HDMI.
Please be sure to bring the dedicated connection adapter, and deactivate the screen saver, power-saving settings, and pass-word settings in advance.
Bring backup data (USB flash memory) in case of emergency.
- The file name for presentation should be the abstract number + presenter’s name (ex. OS1-1 Tanaka.ppt).
- Please note that we cannot be responsible for problems caused by problems with the OS, applications, fonts, etc.
- Fonts that can be used for presentations are as follows:
Japanese: MS Gothic/MSP Gothic/MS Mincho/MSP Mincho (4 fonts only)
English: Times New Roman/Arial/Arial Black/Arial Narrow/ Century/Century Gothic/Courier/Courier New/Georgia (9 fonts in total)
- If you use movie in your presentation, please “insert” it into your slides. Please bring the necessary connectors for movie output. Also, bring the inserted movie data just in case.
Poster Presentation
Instruction for poster session presenters
Venue:Dahlia 1& 2
- Prepare your poster in English. Size of the poster board is 180cm (length) and 90cm (width). Please make sure your poster fits in the poster board.
- Please keep the width strictly within 90cm.
- The poster number will be shown on the upper left 20cmx20cm.
- Please post using pushpins (prepared by the venue) in space.
Posters eligible for Award for Excellent Presentation-RRS/ACRR2025- will receive a green sticker, and posters eligible for Poster Award for Young Scientists-Research Center for Radiation Disaster Medical Science- will receive a red sticker.
- During the poster discussion time, presenters should answer questions in front of the poster.

During the poster discussion time, presenters should answer questions in front of the poster. There is no moderator for poster discussion.
Award for excellent presentation(JRRS/ACRR2025)and Poster award for young scientists(Research Center for Radiation Disaster Medical Science)
The presenter of the abstracts which are registered for award submission must be the first author.
If the presenter changes, the application for awards should be withdrawn.
Submitted abstracts for the oral and poster presentations will be reviewed by the Award Committee.
The award ceremony is scheduled as below.

All applicants are requested to attend the award ceremony.
If you cannot attend, please contact the secretariat by October 25th.
