*The registration period for the reception party is also from Mar. 3 (Mon) to Sept. 23 (Tue), 2025.

Additional Information on Registration

  1. Undergraduate students without presentations can participate free of charge.
    Please send your name, age, university name (including department), and a copy of your student ID to the conference secretariat (jrrsacrr2025@pcojapan.jp) by Sept. 23 (Tue).
  2. Working professionals planning to enroll in a master's or doctoral program next academic year can be treated as student members if they obtain a recommendation from a supervising member of the relevant academic society. Please contact the conference secretariat (jrrsacrr2025@pcojapan.jp) for details.
  3. We will provide a complimentary companion pass for those attending with family members. This pass allows access to non-presentation areas only. For more information, please contact the conference secretariat (jrrsacrr2025@pcojapan.jp).
*The registration fee includes the following:
  • A conference participation certificate
    (available for download from your My Page after registration)
  • A receipt (available for download from your My Page after registration)
  • A copy of the pocket program booklet
    (available at the registration desk on the day of the conference)

Additional registration for the reception party is possible, but please note that cancellations are not allowed after payment.

■ Cancellation Policy

Please note that participation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once payment has been made, except if the conference is canceled due to reasons attributable to the secretariat.
