Call for Late-Breaking Abstracts
It gives us great pleasure to announce that we have received many abstracts by April 30 deadline. On the other hand, we have received several inquiries from the researchers who have missed the submission by the deadline. We also assume that there are some researchers who are making advances in their research even after the deadline. We consider it to be of great importance to have discussions based on the most recent research achievements and therefore we are calling for Late-Breaking Abstracts (LBA). The maximum number of LBA is limited, so we encourage your early submission.
・For Abstract submission, please click the “Submit Your Abstract Here” on this page and follow the instructions. You are requested to create an account and register for the meeting. After your registration is completed, you will be able to continue to submit your abstract.
・Late-Breaking Abstracts will be presented as poster presentations only. Oral presentations will not be accepted.
・Late-Breaking Abstracts will be grouped together in a separate area from the related fields of general abstracts for the convenience of preparation.
・Late-Breaking abstracts are not eligible for awards.
・After the call for abstracts is closed, you will not be able to modify/delete the registered information. The secretariat will not be responsible for any errors in the registration details, so please be sure to check your registration details.
・You will not receive an e-mail notification of registration completion after you have registered. Please confirm that you are “Registered” on “My Page”.
