・The entrance opens
at 8:30 each day during the symposium period.
・The entrance opens
at 13:00 for the Tutorial on April 7.
・On April 9, the symposium entrance will close
at 17:40 after the poster session due to the banquet.
Check-in & Badge Policy
At the Reception Desk, you will need to present your QR code for check-in.
Your personal QR code will be displayed on your My Page only after your registration and payment are successfully completed.
Please note that badges are printed on-site upon QR code check-in.
Please wear your badge at all times within the venue.
Membership & Registration Requirement
・Participants selecting the “SPIE Member” category must provide a valid membership number.
* It is necessary for membership verification with SPIE.
・Please ensure that you select the correct registration category and provide accurate information.
Recording/Photo Policy
Recording or photographing of conference presentations, posters, or displays is strictly prohibited without the presenter's permission.
Access Policy by Registration Type
Name badge policy
Badges must be worn at all times within the conference venue, including the banquet.
General (Symposium participants)
・Full access to symposium sessions, exhibition, and banquet.
Session3 Only
・Access to Session 3 on April 8 13:45-14:50, Poster session, exhibition, and banquet.
Technical Exhibition visitors/Exhibitors without account
・Access limited to the exhibition area only.
* No access to symposium or banquet.
April 7 Only (Tutorial-only participants)
・Access is limited strictly to the tutorial sessions on April 7.
・Entry to symposium sessions, exhibition, or banquet is not permitted.
・If you wish to attend other sessions, you are required to purchase an appropriate registration category.
* When purchasing, please make sure to select the option: "Tutorial Session Entry (April 7)"
Accompanied person for Banquet
・Access limited to the banquet.
・Guests must be registered in advance.
Please select the option: "Accompanied person for Banquet" when registering through the registration system.
・Guest badges will be issued at the symposium reception desk (not at the banquet venue).
The Other Guidance
Cloak
・Available during the symposium period only
・Overnight storage is not available.
・Valuables cannot be stored in the cloak. Please keep them with you at all times.
・During the banquet, please use the cloak nearby the banquet venue.
・As crowding is expected after the final session on April 10, we kindly ask that you collect your belongings from the cloak at your earliest convenience.

・Guest badges for registered accompanied persons will be issued at the symposium reception desk at the ANNEX HALL 2F foyer (not at the banquet venue).
・During the banquet, the cloak nearby the banquet venue is available.
・A welcome drink reception will be held near the banquet venue prior to the banquet.
Digest of Papers
・Provided to all registered symposium participants (excluding April 7 Only participants)
・PDF version available on the official website after registration *around April
・The password to view the PDF will be sent by email to those who have completed registration and will also be provided on-site.
・Redistribution or sharing is strictly prohibited
