Special Issue of MRS Advances

We are pleased to announce that MRS Advances is the official journal of the 24th International Conference on Ion Implantation Technology 2024. All presenters are encouraged to submit their research to MRS Advances for publication.

MRS Advances, published by the Materials Research Society in alliance with Springer Nature, is a peer-reviewed online journal that reports snapshots of work in progress on key materials topics. The journal is indexed in Web of Science (Impact Factor of 0.8), Scopus, and Scimago. Corresponding authors of papers accepted for publication in an MRS journal now receive free MRS membership for one year.

MRS Advances is a hybrid journal, offering Open Access options for those who require it. Through Springer Nature, some institutions have transformative agreements that allow faculty to publish their work Open Access. Those agreements can be found here.

Submission information

• Submission deadline: September 20, 2024
• Submitted papers should be complete (no drafts or extended abstracts) and written in English.
  Papers not formatted correctly will be unsubmitted for correction before they are sent into peer review.
